I got 587 in NEET 2019 is there any chance for ESIC college

Dear Abhinay, You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you have IP Quota of ESIC colleges,  with a score of 587, you can get a seat in All India Counselling. IP quota seats of ESIC Medical Colleges are filled in Mop Up round through All India Counselling based on group of the IP Insured based on preference and merit. With a score of 587, you stand a fair chancr at a seat in any Government Medical College.

You have not mentioned your state. Anyways, as you mentioned with 587  marks, your chances of getting ESIC college  through All India quota are quite high.
As the admission to ESIC medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) only.
Follow the counselling process and hope for the best.
Having said that cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam and number of students appearing etc.
