I got 59.3% in PCM but got above 70% overall in ISC .I got admission in KIIT in communication eng. Will they cancel my application?

According to the eligibility criteria of KIIT :
Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class XII securing minimum aggregate marks of 60% in board exams.
