With this rank it seems a bit for you to get a seat in Osmania Medical College , since the last year cutoff rank was 2987 for 15 percent All India quota seats.
However you can check other Medical Colleges such as :
Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal - 9559
Government Medical College, Nizamabad - 10069
Please note that these are previous year cutoffs and might fluctuate over the years.
Also there is no special provision apart from All India quota for Andhra Pradesh aspirants to get a college in Telangana.
