I got 59percentile and 76 marks, 571marks out of 600 , bipc streem what rank i will get

Your question is incomplete because you haven't mention the exam name as well as category. Without Knowing the exam name it is difficult to tell your rank and different category has different cutoffs. I think the 59 percentile in JEE Mains. If you get this percentile in JEE Mains your rank is between 2.6 Lakhs - 3.8 Lakhs .

And I think you got 76 marks marks in EAMCET and 571 is the IPE. According to this your rank is your rank is between 15K - 35K .
