I got 603 marks in neet and i have domicile of andhra.can i get gandhi or osmania college in hyderabad

You have not mentioned your category any where so i aasu me it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in either of the two colleges which you have mentioned above even  through all india quota .
Previous year for Osmania Medical College Koti ,the minimum marks admitted for a general candidate under all india quota was 581 and corresponding rank was 2987.
For Gandhi Medical College Musheerabad Secunderabad ,the minimum marks for a general candidate was 588 and corresponding rank was 2368.
So inspite of having no reservation you do hold a chance to get admission in these colleges. If you are from a reserved category then its like icing on the cake.
But remember that this year cutoffs are expected to rise a bit .But still I feel you have scored enough for these colleges.
