i got 61% in jac board. and i got 769 rank in jee. can i get any iit or nit colleges or JU kolkata

To be eligible for the same, 75% would be the minimum percentage for NITs/IITs for 65% is for ST/SC etc. And for JU you will have to appear in WBJEE and domicile is also required for JU.
