I got 61 marks and gate score 729 in gate 2019 civil. Is there any chance for PSUs?

With this score there is very less chance that you will get letter from PSUs.For PSUs you need at least 800 score.But you can apply for PSUs as PSU cuttoff score change each year it depends upon number of seats.You can secure seats in old IITs or top ranked NITs.For sureity wait till all PSUs announce own cuttoff score.
