First of all congratulations on getting such a good score.
The cut off for Grant Medical College last year was around 626 for All India Quota. We don't know how much the cut off will be this time as it is based on how others have performed. But if you have a State Quota of Maharashtra, you can be assured of getting a seat in Grant Medical College.
