It would have been better if you have mentioned the course in which you want to admitted in. Nevertheless 61.3% is a safe score and yes, you will easily fulfill the eligibility criteria for any course.

The university conducts Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination(UPSEE) provide admission in various Government Aided, Private Unaided institutions affiliated to UPTU. So, you need to perform well in this examination in order to get admission.
