You can definitely expect a seat withi you mains rank but you need to apply for the seat in b-cat once the college releases information about the b-cat seats.

B- Category seats are alloted accordingly to the different branches for the candidates applying for admission through their JEE Mains score or NRI quota.For the admissions notifications you can visit the cbit office in Narayanaguda or you can look for the details in their official website or mail them for the requierd details or contact them with a phone call (You can look for the mail id or contact number in their website)Hope the information was helpful.
