I got 62% marks in class12th and i want to do btech in cse , suggest me any college in up or near up. one more thing my math mark is 41 in 100. should i do btech with these marks .

In my opinion your 12th class marks should not decide your life ahead, its you and your interest which should drive you to achieve what you want in your life. If you perform well in engineering entrance exams you can get into good engineering colleges except IITs and Nits. However, coming to your mathematics marks, If you think your day was bad and thats the reason why you couldn't score well and you have interest in calculation along with concept clarity, then you can opt for engineering. But if you are weak at mathematics and don't like it much, then you must look for other career options.

the basic eligibility criteria to get admission in B.Tech is candidate must have done their 10+2 from recognized board with science stream subjects are physics, chemistry and mathematics with an minimum aggregate of 45 percent marks in PCM , however this eligibility criteria may vary institute to institute some may ask for 75 percent marks

I would not suggest you to go for b.tech cse with this maths score,as maths is a compulsory subject in computer science and engineering till the course complete get on b.tech cse if you believe you can improve your mathematics .
