I got 63 mrks in ap.eamcet and my I.p mtks 570 out of 600 My catery is general.Then how much rank we get in ap. eamcet

As per your question, as you mentioned your open category  . Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated predicted rank.

So as per your marks  63 and 570 in AP EAMCET and IPE respectively your total score would be around 53.28 and your rank as per your open category would be in between 14786 to 15000 rank as per your open category trends.
