I got 64.2 percentile in mains and my rank is 153358(obc-ncl).Is there any chance to get btech colleges in karnataka

First of all you got very less marks so it is difficult for you to get admission in any good college but it is not that you cannot gat admission anywhere. And second thing is that we cannot predict accurately that in which college you will be getting the admission. That is why the central admission process is followed and you are given the choices to fill for getting the chance of pursuing any course. So go through the process you may get some private college in karnataka or outside karnataka.
