I got 647 score in EE paper 2019...What is the chance of getting new / old iit??? If I do not get any chance from iit; then what can i do???

Gate score for iit's -

Iit's cutoff for gate is the minimum score required for admission into mtech programmes across various iit's. Candidates who scored equal marks or more than cutoff of marks of gate iit's will be considered for admission into mtech programmes.
