Hello Shubham,

MIT Pune is MIT World Peace University since academic year 2017-18.
The 40 year old esteemed institution took this decision to become an independent University to expand itself in all domains.
With this the fees at MIT also became higher than before.
And higher fees reduced the cutoffs as a lot of students have financial restrictions.

The fees and quality of education is in comparison with other well known private institutions like Manipal, VIT, SRM, etc.
The Institute hasn't released the previous year cutoff ranks through jee main or cet.

For getting into a branch like CSE or Mechanical you have to be atleast above the JEE Advanced Qualification percentile.
So chances for you seem low.
But you could still fill the application form as cutoffs for other branches might be a bit low due to high fees.
