i got 655 marks in neet 2020 and i belongs to obc category,whether i will get KGMU under AIQ or not?

The cutoff changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students appeared in the exam, the number of students qualified, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not.
However, with 655 marks in 2020 , according to me you'll definitely get KGMU, it's a very good score. This data is based on last year's cutoff.
