The boards eligibility criteria for JEE to be eligible for admission in NITs, IITs and IIITs is to have an aggregate of at least 75 percentage in the five subjects you appeared for in CBSE Class 12th boards or to be in top 20 percentile of your respective boards. From your mentioned score of 66,64,88,85 and 98 in the five subjects, your obtained percentage in class 12th is more than 75 percentage. Assuming you are from CBSE, you are now eligible to take admission in NITs, IIITs and IITs based on your rank in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced.
I hope this helps. For any further queries, ask me in the comments.

If your percentage lies in the top 20 percentile of ISC Boards then only you are eligible for admission in NITs and IITs otherwise you may have to appear for improvement examination so that you can improve your percentage. Just to give you an idea, let me tell you that the top 20 percentile for general category students of ISC Boards in year 2018 was 432/500 marks, in year 2017 it was 431/500 marks, in year 2016, it was 430/500 marks.
