I got 68 percentile and my rank is 22955 and I scored 60 percentage in 12th from upboard. can I get admission in NIT

It seems that you have mentioned your category rank but you forgot to mention your category so it is little bit difficult for us to guide you with the accurate information. However, according to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. If you are going to appear for UPSEE then with good score you can get good colleges through it like Integral University Lucknow, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology Sultanpur and likewise.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
