You have less chances to get private college for MBBS and BDS course. You can try for other paramedical courses if you are interested.
If you are interested you can also join BSc course or if you are determined to get MBBS college you can take a drop for a year and prepare.

You have very less/no chances with this score to get admission in private colleges even in paramedical and ayush courses. So I would suggest you to try for next year if you are only interested in MBBS/BDS.
