Hi Aspirant,
70% is a good score but to get admission in any of the good NIT you need to score around 80% marks.
Its not that good but is kind of okay if you are looking for an average college… Of course there are chances that you may apper for JEE Advanced 2019…
I would suggest that that a percentile of above 85 or 90 will surely be beneficial. So try you best in the second attempt in order to get some good NITs…
