Hello Vikas.As you mentioned that your rank is 70000 you can not expect seat in government engineering colleges.But no need to worry there are many private engineering colleges where you can get admitted.As you did not mention your category we cannot say that you can get admission in particular college.Also it depends on your course of interest in Btech.
