According to your score in JEE Mains 2019 71 percentile it's difficult to get seat in NIT. Generaly minimum percentile require to get seat into NIT is above 92 percentile for SC category and to get into top NIT minimum score should be 200+ in JEE Mains and 180+ to get any branch in NIT respectively.
