The shortlisting procedure of IIM's involves various parameters like academic background including your graduation stream, Scores in 10th, 12th and graduation and work experience.
Although it may be a bit tough in your case, Let's not lose hope and try applying for other good colleges like IIT's, Welingkar Mumbai, SIMSREE, FORE, IMI etc.
