I am not sure whether you will get these branches at this rank. However, this is just a prediction, which may or may not be true. But, it is difficult to get into a college at this rank. You might be aware that these are the most sought-after branches so it is a bit difficult. However, you can fill out the CSAB counselling. There you can expect to get a college at your rank.
