i got 73% in jee.mains ,sc categeory 15163 rank ,can i get any NIT seat

As you have mentioned that you have secured 73 percentile and taking into consideration you belong to sc category so let me tell you that in this rank there is no chance to get a seat in nit.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
