i got 74000 all rank in NEET in sc catagery can i get medical seat

You have not mentioned your preferred state. So it is a bit difficult to predict. But looking at the previous year cutoff for government colleges in different states, it is a bit difficult for you to get a seat in a government MBBS college. The cutoff ranks in most of the colleges for SC in govt colleges were around 50-70k. There are however chances in private institutons.
