I got 7424 rank in MET and interested in ECE or Aeronautical. Please advice in which campus i will get the addmission.

Based on last year cutt off. You have probability to get both course.  But what i suggest is, if you are truly interested in aerospace engineering then go for it.  As it is an upcoming field,  there is very good job opportunities available for students who clear gate .
Compered to aerospace,  ECE is a ever green branch, you can get unlimited opportunities available in both private and public sector.
