Definitely, you are eligible to appear for jee mains engineering entrance exam.Board exam percentage doesn't matter if you want to appear for jee mains, but you should pass 12th to get admission.
Check your board's top 20 percentile in order to check out your eligibility for admission in NITs or IITs or IIITs.
