I got 75 percentile in du jat (acc to nta) and 93% in class 12. Do i have a chance in any of the three couses bms/bbe/bfia?

If you are a general category student you stand no chance of getting admission in Delhi University with this percentile as your percentile is very low. Atleast 95 percentile is required for general category student for admission in Delhi University. You should try taking admission in some course that takes admission on merit basis as your 12th score is quite decent.
