I got 334 marks out of 500 in Bihar board 12th so can i elegible for nit iit or MHT-CET college or IISER scb exame and i am in PWD category

Well for admission into IITs your 12th board marks are only considered so do not consider your 11th grade marks which you are referring to as 1st year. If you have not scored 75 percent then check what is the top twenty percentile score for your board. If it is less than 75 nd you have cleared it then no worries otherwise you are not eligible for admission in any of the IITs.
