Sorry to inform you but based upon your score in NEET 2018, you are not eligible for admission. With 76 marks in your NEET you're not eligible to appear for counseling sessions and thus not eligible for getting admission in any government or private medical college. I suggest you to prepare harder and reappear next year for getting any good college.
