You may not get seat in NITs in Computer Science Engineering with your category rank considering 2019 cut off. However, you may have chances of getting seat in GFTIs like National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology, Hatia, Ranchi in Manufacturing Engineering the cut off was 7619 for ews category in 2019 round 7 you may also get seat in Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, in Industrial and Production Engineering branch. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.

As per the previous year cutoff, there are no chances of getting CSE with your rank in NITs. However, you can try for state-level counseling like Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, etc. Apart from these also there are some really reputed Institutes try for them for getting into your desired stream.
