I got 76.41020 IN OBC ,i am eligible for jee advanced 2019?

Um, it all depends on the official cutoff to be released by NTA.
You have a good chance and even though the official cutoff is supposed to be 78 percentile, you never know. There is every chance you will qualify for advanced.
Anyway, you have a good score. So do apply to private colleges, they will accept your JEE mains score.
