I got 76.6 percentile in jeemains 2019 I can apply for jossa counselling I am general ews quota

Since the cutoff percentile declared of jee main 2019 declared by nta for general-ews category is 78.21 and yours is 76.6 , so you have not cleared the exam so sorry to say you are not eligible to sit in the josaa counselling.
