It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about your admission possibilities. As per the previous year cutoff, This score seems not enough to qualify the exam or get a seat in NITs for CSE branch.
You can try for the state level counselling. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main April Session 2020 which application form is expected to start from 7th February, 2020.
