I got 78.83 percentile in feb session I belongs to sc category can I need fill other engeneering entrance exam?

Let me explain this question properly.
If we look at the percentile you have mentioned then we will find that your general rank will be somewhere around 216569 - 243455.
You can check your rank yourself by going through our rank predictor tool. I am attaching the link for it below.
You should note that the actual rank and predicted rank can vary as it depends on various factors.
Now if we try to find out your category rank which is SC in your case then by looking at some previous years General rank vs SC rank, we can say that it will be somewhere around 23000.
And I am very sorry to say that with this rank you may not get any NITs unless you are from Northeast states like Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram etc. You my not get other good colleges too, so yes you should fill other engineering entrance exams applications.
