In 12th, I got 87 in physics, 93 in maths and total of 455 out of 500 in wbchse. Can I expect good colleges for physics honours (I am SC) ?

yes you can get admission in nit . for this issue you can contact the nit for the same they will guid eand may be they consider as your 5th subject. so contact them. all the best have a great future ahead.
