Bachelors of Science(Honours) in Mathematics is a three-year full-time undergraduate degree course offered by many universities across India. Most of the universities select students on the basis of merit; some do consider entrance score though.
In University of Delhi, chances of admission in top colleges(St. Stephen's, Hindu, Hansraj, Ramjas, etc.) based on your percentage are low. It is better that you fill the form and wait for cut offs. You might secure admission in off-campus colleges.
Course fee varies from college to college. Please go through the websites of colleges once you clear cut-off of particular college(s).
Some institutes like Shiv Nadar University offer pretty good B.Sc. (Research) in Mathematics degree program. The selection is on the basis of entrance score.
IISERs offer 5 year integrated B.S.-M.S. degree with mathematics as one of the specializations.
