According to CBSE you have to get 50 % in Physics Chemistry Biology of your board exam to be eligible for NEET. This is for General Category Students. For Reserved Category it is 40%.
Thank You.
Based on the eligibility criteria as given in the Information Bulletin states:
Provided that to be eligible for Competitive Entrance Examination, candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examinations as enumerated above or appearing in the qualifying examination in 2018.
Provided also that to be eligible for Competitive Entrance Test, the candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology at the qualifying examination as mentioned in clause (2) of regulation 4 on Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 1997 as amended in 2018 and in addition must have come in the merit list of NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY ENTRANCE TEST (UG) 2018 for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.
So basically,
1. You should pass each subject INDIVIDUALLY
and
2. you should have an aggregate of 50% in PCB subjects (for general quota)
Since, you fulfill the criteria. You are definitely elligible for NEET 2018.
