I got 80 percentile in jee mains My obc rank is 74K. Can I get a seat through b categeory. Please suggest me colleges.

I am really but you can't get any college through JEE mains counseling. Your rank isn't up to the mark. However, the special round can be really unpredictable at times. So, you can try for the following colleges:
1)NIT srinagar
2)NIT agartala
3)NIT manipur
