First of all congratulations on getting 80 percentile in JEE main. However performance could have been better. Now coming to your query about admission through B category, admission into CBIT or Vasavi or other colleges having admission criteria through B category will be underway once College authorities release official notice on their respective website. Through JEE main, B category is generally through management quota which consists of 85% reservation of seats for local and non localites have 15% reservation. Hope this helps!
