I got 80 percentile overall in ISC 2018. 71 in phy 57 in maths and 74 in chem and my jee mains ranking is 547447 my marks is 27

Your percentage in the three subjects is less than 75% and therefore you might not be eligible for getting a government college through JEE Main as the minimum percentage required is 75%.
