I am sorry you have to clear 12th first or no college will admit you that's the basic need.

There is quite difficult for you to get admission as you didn't qualify 12th.

For appearing in any of the exams or doing any UG course you have to pass your 12th standard but unfortunately you have not passed your 12th because passing marks is 33 and you have only scored 27 in mathematics.
