i got 8000 rank in polycet and i am general caste so,i can get good engineering college?

It is good that you cleared the exam. Since the total candidates were about 56K and the total number of seats available for Diploma Courses of Engineering and Non- Engineering offered at Polytechnics are 30,760 in which 11,980 are for Govt. Polytechnics and 18,780 are for Private Polytechnics. Diploma courses in Agriculture are about 870.
So now you can predict that you can easily get any Govt. college. Here I'm mentioning some colleges in which you can take admission;
