I got 8131rank and I am from outside Delhi.. can I get a good college?

Hope you doing well, according to your rank if you are from genreal (less chances but you can try) Obc and sc/st category I will say you should try to take a part in JOSAA counselling you will get an nit or even iit if you are from sc/st category for general there is a slight chances of getting nit but you have to compromise your branch and for delhi you should take part in JAC Delhi Counselling you will get one of the best DTU college and even you can go For NSUT and IPU too if you want but I will prefer Jac delhi Then NSUT as NSUT is also a good college it provides all the opportunity same as DTU colleges But in JAC Delhi you will definitely get a good college with a good branch
