Your percentile is usually considered good but you cant get in top tier colleges you might be able to secure admission into a good college for CSE, but it will likely be a mid-tier or lower-ranked institution; top-tier colleges like COEP Pune usually require a significantly higher percentile (around 97-99) for CSE admission.
