I got 82 percentile in jee mains 2019 and 60% in class 12th board,So m i able to go for NIT?

82%ile is too low to get into NITs.
For NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you need more than 96%ile.
You can get state engineering colleges .You must be knowing form this year onwards almost all state engineering college will take admission on the basis of JEE mains marks .So you should apply for state counselling.
