I got 82.25% (77 marks) and I wanted to get admitted in one of the top 5 B-Schools. So will it be a wise decision to repeat one more year?

It actually up to you whether you want repeat the exam or not. My suggestion is to get a job and repeat the exam. So that you will gain work experience and you can show on paper that you have not stayed free after graduation.
