You are at the border line of getting a seat in HBTU. The marks you have mentioned will give you that much rank which may bring you very near to the cutoff but it is tough to seal the spot in HBTU. Home state quota may make things better.
Wait for few rounds in the beginning, please be flexible with your choices and keep some colleges as backup if you aren't getting seat in HBTU.
