I Got 83 percentile in jee mains january 2020 i will get a seat in IIT kharagpoor Or i want to get more than the percentile i got before??

According to previous cutoffs, you can't get into IIT, NIT, GFTI but you can try for some private institutes and if you have reserved quota then it will be beneficial for you. Better is to score more in April attempt.

The exact prediction would be difficult regarding your admission possibilities based on your percentile. But as per the previous year cutoff, with this percentile the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

Inorder, to get a seat in IIT,Kharagpur you have to appear for JEE ADVANCED Exam. You cannot get admission into IIT's based on your JEE MAINS score.

see to get admission in iits you need to qualify in jee advanced exam, by jee main score you will be eligible to give jee advanced exam, by jee main score you can get admission in nits , state engineering government and private colleges. if you get more than 85 percentile in jee main exam, you have decent chances to be qualify for jee advance exam, however right now at this score you have less chances for nits also. I would suggest you to again re appear in jee main april session to make increase your score.
